I am passionate about offering you the same safe, confidential and supportive space to explore and make sense of those thoughts and feelings that are causing you pain, so you may ultimately take back control. I work with all ages including childre

n & young adults, involving a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, bullying, bereavement, suicidal thoughts etc. I firmly believe that Counselling should be available to all – and when that person is ready. This is reflected in my overall fees – with some concessions available for young people. Based in Ivybridge,

I offer an initial 1-hour session free of charge, so that we can meet, you get an idea of how counselling may work for you and to see whether you are ready to embark on your journey. You may not think so right now, but YOU hold the key to unlocking significant change.
