🚨 Important Notice: Change to Prescription Request Processing Time 🚨
To improve service reliability and ensure patient safety, we are extending the required notice period for medication requests from 48 hours to 72 hours.
This change is necessary due to the following:

As our patient base continues to grow, so does the number of repeat prescription requests. The additional 24 hours allows our team to process all requests accurately without compromising quality.

The extended timeframe enables clinicians and pharmacists to carry out thorough checks, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring the correct medication is issued safely.

Staff absences or unexpected circumstances can occasionally cause delays. The 72-hour notice period provides flexibility to manage these situations without affecting patient access to medication.
