If anyone in the Pembrokeshire area has been forced to self-isolate and is struggling to find someone to help get necessary supplies; or if you have any elderly family, friends or neighbours who are high risk and would prefer to self-isolate than shop for supplies.
Please get in touch, I will help as many people as I can around my NHS role. If for any reason I am unable to keep up with demand then I will prioritise the highly vulnerable population on a first-come-first-serve basis.
