You know you are having a good holiday when you don't have a clue what day it is 🤣🤣
I've been recharging my batteries with a beautiful spa treatment lots of walking, appreciating the beautiful scenery,taking time out to chill and read my books 😍

The end of another week 😊🙏
Sometimes life throws you a wee curveball and you need to take a moment and just appreciate what you have right in front of you❤️💕
And I'm very grateful this week for my family, friends and as always my lovely clients and a job that I absolutely love doing .😘

✨Life is short so enjoy the moments that matter, spend it with the people who matter to you, laugh and enjoy yourself, book the trip you want to take , wear your "good " clothes when you feel like it, eat the good food and drink the nice wine! Life is to short to worry about what ifs and to worry what other folk think! Tomorrow is never promised , so enjoy yourself while you can !! Want to try something new or change career then just go for it, life is to short to be stuck somewhere that doesn't bring you happiness!✨

Good afternoon folks 🙂

Just a wee reminder that Inspire Therapies will be at the annual Macmillan coffee morning on Friday 12th September at Johnstone Town hall from 10am til 1pm.

I will be offering massage taster sessions and will have some wellbeing goodies for sale 💆‍♀️💆 😀

🎁🍾If anyone has anything they would like to donate towards the raffle I am happy to collect 😊
