I'm taking a few days off to spend with friends 💕

February is the month of love and reconnection 🩷Not just for romantic love but self love and honouring yourself❤️‍🔥

A time when we celebrate the movement of winter
towards spring , focusing on self reflection ,self love and renewal .💖

A time to nurture not only your body but your emotions and spirit as well🤍
Some self care ideas for you may be :
💜Buying yourself some flowers, violets and primroses are february's birth flowers and represent youthful love and loyalty.
💜Using lavender in your self care to promote a calmness and soothe your spirit.

Woo hoo ! The end of January at last!!!( We've made it through ! )😊
The nights are definitely getting lighter, signs of spring are appearing slowly and we can hopefully start to think about coming out of hibernation 💚

Some of you are getting a wee gold star as you have been filling up your own cup and taking care of yourselves regularly , keeping me busy in January and for that I am eternally grateful 🙏🏻💗✨

Hi all , hope you are having a good week so far??
As most of you know I always do a consultation form with you when you come for your first visit 😊
This lets me get to know you and get details about your lifestyle and any conditions you may have 💗 To enable us to set your treatment goals together ☺
Well this old dinosaur has moved with the times and is trialling out an online consultation form. You should receive a prompt in your confirmation email when you book online to fill in the form.( with a link)
I'm just trialling it at present ,to see how it works out, it may need a bit of tweaking and adjustment, but the main aim is to save time and let you have more time on the treatment table 👌🏻
You wont have to fill it in every time you come but if you could update it if you have a change in your circumstances ( new medications, any new injuries or illness etc) .

Any feedback on the forms will be greatly appreciated 😘

Hi folks ,

Hope you are all well?
This is just a wee gentle reminder to prioritise yourself and book your appointments in advance 😊

Over the past couple of weeks, I've had a few people contact me last minute looking for an appointment because they've had issues with pain etc.Unfortunately I wasn't able to accommodate them as my diary was full 😔 I will always try and accommodate people where possible if I can 🤗

I don't like people to be disappointed or for them to be suffering or in pain or discomfort , this is why I always encourage my clients to book their next appointment when they are here, then they have something to look forward to and are building up the benefits of having a regular therapy🫶

I always liken it to keeping your car in good condition by ensuring the fuel tank is topped up , your oils is topped up, and having a regular mot and service to keep yourself in good condition !😁

I understand that some people can't book too far in advance as they have work , caring, or family commitments , where possible I am happy to rearrange appointments.

I was also thinking of having a WhatsApp group for last-minute availability if that would be useful? 🙂
