I just want to thank everyone who dropped in to the Feel Good February Fair today for a chat, or a wee relaxing Reiki taster session; you certainly kept me going and I am very grateful.

Also, a huge thank you to Amanda of The The butterfly room who organised the fair; the new venue was great and, I look forward to being back there in the future. I hope you are sitting relaxing tonight; you certainly deserve the rest after such a busy day. Thank you for all your hard work.

Only 2 more sleeps until the Feel Good February Fair. Hope you can join us for some wellbeing tasters (Reiki from me but, other therapies are available) shopping, crafts but, most importantly CAKES!!

If there's a special occasion on the horizon - birthday, Valentine's day, anniversary or, if you just want to be kind to someone, or yourself, vouchers are also available to buy (card or electronic)

I've been asked to share this on behalf of Renfrewshire, improving the cancer journey team ( the macmillan renfrewshire/ Council initiative) .

If you or one of your loved ones has a cancer diagnosis or is living with a long-term chronic condition such as heart failure, kidney disease, MND, Ms then there is a new wee support service starting at the end of January.

Why not drop into the cafe sessions for a cuppa, some information and support?

The team is lovely and ready to help you with support and information .

You never know. You might even get a wee therapy when you are there 😊

Hi again, as I am no longer offering facials, I have updated my price list. The prices for Reiki and Seated Massage haven't changed as I am trying to make the service available to as many people as I can.

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Festive Season and 2025 is a good year for you and your family. Thank you to all who supported my wee business in 2024; I look forward to helping you again in 2025.

I’ve just popped on to let you know that my house move is taking a lot longer than expected but, things have started to move again so watch this space.

I am currently still available for Reiki and seated massage at my therapy room in Elderslie but, unfortunately, I am not able to offer facials for now. I gave up being an Ambassador for Tropic Skin Care but, I do still love the products, and I hope to be able to offer this service again, when things are a bit more settled.

I am also now able to offer Reiki or seated massage in your own home. All that is needed for Reiki is a quiet space, where you can sit or lie down; for seated massage I will need space to put my chair up. Hi everyone, apologies for the long time away from here, there’s a lot going on!

Our planned house move hasn't happened yet so, I am still available for appointments in my lovely therapy room in Elderslie.

I can’t believe it’s only 2 weeks until Christmas! Where has this year gone? How’s the shopping going? Are you all sorted? Are you still wondering what to buy people? Why not give the gift of relaxation, with a wee pamper voucher? I have two types of vouchers available:- good old fashioned printed card vouchers that can be collected, posted or, if you live near me, I can drop them off.
