β€˜Can I really do it?!’
β€˜I want to lose more!’
β€˜What if...?’ etc.

BUT

What if you didn’t keep going?
Don’t over think it, just do it! It’s only as hard as you make it!
You can do anything you set your mind too!! It’s your goal, no one else’s.

The only WHAT IFs, are those you create. Don’t have what if’s, don’t hold yourself back form everything you can achieve. Just believe you can do it, and you will! πŸ™Œ

When you look back, after a stone, or two, or even once you are at goal, you’ll be thankful you stuck at it!

I turn 40 in September. At 30 I was unfit, unhealthy and probably about 21 stone.

I went on to lose 5 stone then put it all back on. But at 36 I’d had enough of yo-yo dieting and decided this time was the last time.

From 22 stone to 15 stone. I’m 7 stone down. I maintained a 5 stone weight loss for 12 months and I’m now 12 months in to keep the rest off.

Let this be a sign that if you’ve struggled in the past not to give up because you’ll start again and it’ll just all click in to place.

I’ve never been fitter, healthier and in as good a condition health wise than I am as I’m about to hit 40!

Life begins at 40 right?

30 on the left vs 39 on the right. Sadly no the tattoo isn’t real but it did make me want to get a sleeve πŸ˜‚
