I am a Reiki Practioner offering sessions when it suits you in the comfort of your own home. Release tension, restore energy and reconnect. My name is Trish and I am an attuned Reiki Practitioner and have been a Mental Health Nurse for almost 40 years. I have always known that the mind and body affect each other and my driving passion is to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing using this

holistic healing practice. Using non-invasive hand placements to calm the nervous system, channel energy and restore balance and harmony. 🌿💫Healing Energy for Team Alzheimer Scotland! ✨ 🏃‍♂️

Beyond the Reiki room is one of the causes very close to my heart which is Alzheimer Scotland.

Tomorrow, thousands of incredible runners are taking on the Edinburgh Marathon Festival, raising vital funds to ensure nobody faces dementia alone.
As a volunteer I will be there to cheer you all on!

Sending an abundance of positive energy, strength, and stamina to everyone running tomorrow in achieving both your charities and personal goals 🌿💫

If you are heading through to Edinburgh to cheer them on, look out for the purple tee shirts! 💜

Distance running requires massive physical and mental resilience.

Have you ever felt like your brain has too many tabs open? ☁️

For my neurodiverse friends and those with ADHD, that constant hum of activity can feel like a lot.
Sensory overload and a buzzy nervous system often make “just relaxing” feel like a distant dream.

I have previously shared a 10-minute taster session with a client diagnosed with ADHD who told me that never before had she been able to relax.
She was apprehensive but curious to try Reiki. She was absolutely amazed at how quiet and peaceful her mind felt after such a short time.

It’s a story I hear often in my sessions. I’ve seen so many clients reach such a deep state of relaxation that they drift off into a gentle, restorative sleep.

Reiki offers a soft place to land by:
Gently calming the nervous system
Quieting the noise of sensory overload
Promoting better sleep
Providing a safe, grounded space for your mind to rest
