After almost 25years in business I have decided that it is time for a new chapter in my life, and to bring Feet First Therapies to an end.

I have been truly honoured and blessed along the way, and the highlight has been teaching Reflexology and holistic therapies since 2016.

I want to take this opportunity to pay special thanks to all my wonderful loyal clients, students and colleagues over the years who have helped and supported me.

You inspired me and gave me passion and enthusiasm to allow me to have the best job in the world. The old cliche rings true "when you find a job you love, you never work a day in your life" and that's exactly how I felt.

I will be selling off all my stock at half price, as well as couches, stools, electric bed, books, hot stone kits etc, so if you are interested, please get in touch.

Friday treats for us usually include freshly baked goods from in Whiteabbey.

If you haven’t already tried some of Mike’s amazing bread and traybakes, then you’re missing out on something extra special. He’s usually opened on Friday and Saturday’s 11am-2pm.

We usually have Hot honey focaccia but this week we opted to try the chorizo&cheddar focaccia, and the fruit and nut loaf 🍞😋

Our Story

Feet First Therapies and Training School is a holistic business situated in Bushmills, Northern Ireland. My name is Andrea Jennings and I have over 17 years experience in the holistic industry.

Feet First offers an extensive range of holistic treatments, and I am constantly training to bring new and updated options to my clients.

Just over 2 years ago I opened my Guild Accredited Training School offering training courses for different holistic therapies including Reflexology, Body Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage and many more. Recently I have also started offering beauty courses including Facials, Waxing, Pedicures and more. On top of this, I am proud to say I am an instructor trainer for the amazing Children’s Reflexology Programme and regularly hold training courses for this too.
