I passed a Diploma in Supervision with an Intersectional Lens, and have achieved supervision accreditation with both NCPS and Counselling Tutor.

Seems easy when we look at it like this doesn't it...

Yet I find that there are few people I don't like in an absolute sense - it's more true for me that there are people I don't know very well, make assumptions about and dislike on that basis. And I imagine vice versa.

Eric Berne talked about being OK with ourselves, and being OK with the other. It's a concept that drew me to transactional analysis over 10 years ago. And one that I continue to muse on.

I saw this sculpture a few years ago and was drawn to this impressive defiant warrior woman made of metal. She looks so strong.

Came across the photo again, and the feeling was entirely different. Today, I hope she is finding time to rest and to tend to the parts of her that are not so strong.

My areas of interest are working with trauma, supporting women, body positivity, the non white experience, and GSRD (gender, s*x and relationship diversity).
