Blood Tests, GP Appointments, Nurse Annual Reviews, Physiotherapy Appointments, ECG's, Practice Pharmacy Appointments, Dressings, Child Immunisations and more
✅ 4869 appointments were made
✅ 224 Appointments were missed.
✅ 4825 minutes of clinicians’ time was lost.
✅ Approximately £6,720 to the NHS was lost.

⏰ Help catch cancer early ⏰

It’s much easier to treat lung cancer if we catch it early.
If you live in or around the Rushcliffe area, aged between 55 and 74 smoke or have ever smoked. Look out for your appointment letter in the post for lung cancer screening.

It’s really important to attend, even if you feel fit and healthy.

Lung cancer screening is quick and painless and could save your life.

🚧 Important Notice – Kegworth Site Access 🚧

Please be aware that building works are due to start on Friday 20th March at our Kegworth site. During this time there will be no vehicle access or on-site parking available.

Pedestrian access is still available via the main road to the main entrance. However, parking in the surrounding area is limited, so we kindly ask patients to consider alternative transport where possible.

If you have accessibility needs or may find it difficult to walk from nearby parking, please let our reception team know. We may be able to arrange your appointment at our Gotham site, where parking is closer to the practice during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway.

🧠 Struggling to encourage a patient to access Talking Therapies? This may help.

We are hosting a 90-minute introductory session with NHS Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies, designed for patients who may be unsure about what the service offers or hesitant to self-refer.

This friendly, informal session helps demystify Talking Therapies and can be a helpful first step for patients experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood who may benefit from support but are not yet ready to engage with the service.

During the session patients will:

• Learn how stress, anxiety and low mood can show up in everyday life
• Explore some simple coping strategies to support day-to-day wellbeing
• Understand what NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies offer
• Find out about the types of therapy available and how to access support
• Have the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed group setting

This session can be particularly helpful for patients who:

• Are unsure what Talking Therapies involve
• Feel hesitant about referring themselves
• Would benefit from a gentle introduction to the service
