Good morning
Just like we charge our phones to keep them going.
Just like we put fuel in our cars to keep them going.
We need to fuel ourselves too.
Self care is important.
I know people who say they feel guilty for taking time out for themselves.
You should not feel guilty for recharging yourself as you are doing that to enable you to keep going, so you can carry on supporting your loved ones.
Take the time out you need.
Your needs are just as important as everyone else's.
Start putting your needs before others a little more and you will feel amazing.

Good Morning everyone.
Worrying is allowing yourself to have a negative mindset.
You need to sit and think, is this a me problem?
Is this out of my control?
Is there anything I can do to change it?
If the answers are no then we need to be letting it go.
Holding onto things we can not change or fix is stopping you from moving forward with a positive mindset.
So because your stuck in this worrying mindset you are missing out opportunities that keep presenting themselve to you.
My partner once said to me
Worry is like a rocking horse, it doesn't go anywhere.
That made sense.
So get off that rocking horse and start living.

Happy Monday everyone.
New beginning.
Time to stop listening to the people who put you down or doubt your ability and capabilities.
Start telling yourself I can do that!
Self belief is the most powerful energy you have within in.
You do not need anyone else's input if you have true self belief.
Other people opinions will not matter if you trust and believe in you.
Start today a fresh.
Say I have got this.
I am going to reach my goals on my own and when I get there its going to feel amazing.
You know why???
Because you did it for yourself not to please anyone other than you!
