Yoga in the Park was so much fun yesterday! 🤗 Thank you to everyone who joined me to breathe, stretch and have fun trying out some balancing poses. Here we are swaying in the wind in our tree pose 🌳

Friends, I'm super excited to let you know the dates for our Free Community Yoga in the Park classes! These will be at Cliffe Castle Park throughout July and August!
✨ Classes run 10-11am. Please arrive 10 mins early so we can get set up.
✨ Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, please let me know and I will provide one.

Thought I'd better put a face to the name! Here's a throwback to graduating from my Yoga Teacher Training in November last year! I had the best experience studying with my teachers and learning alongside some super yogis! I was lucky enough to join two different groups of trainees as I took a study break part way through to have my son ❤️
