I believe I have now been in contact with all clients who had treatments booked. I will no longer be running Anne Filson Reflexology as a full time business. I have been winding everything down over the last couple of weeks and have now got a week off before I start in a new role with a charity. Once I have settled into my new role I will judge how much of a part time service I am able to offer. This will, certainly initially, only be to existing clients, and I will be prioritising those I have been working with for some time. As I will no longer be looking for new clients I have not renewed my website so that goes down on the 20th April. I changed my google account to temporarily closed a couple of weeks ago.

I am maintaining my professional
registrations and insurance and look forward to seeing some of you again shortly. Any clients with outstanding vouchers please get in contact when you are ready and we will arrange a mutually convinient time for your treatment.

Today is World Sleep Day. This year, the theme for World Sleep Day is 'Sleep is Essential for Health'. It emphasises the importance of sleep for maintaining good health. This is why when starting to work with any new clients often my first focus will be to improve sleep.

Blue Monday is the 3rd Monday in January, a month which can sometimes feel like it lasts a lifetime. The day is supposed to be the saddest day of the year.
