Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I’d like this claim escalated for review, because the reason given for denial is not valid under the Whatnot Buyer Protection Policy.
My order has not been received and the tracking has not updated since before the estimated delivery date of 13 November. This falls under the policy-covered scenarios of:
Lost in transit
Delayed
Not received
Your Buyer Protection Policy does not list “account history” or “refund volume” as valid grounds for denying a missing-item claim.
Your response did not reference any legitimate exclusion under the policy, such as late reporting, confirmed delivery, off-platform purchase, or refusal of delivery.
I reported the issue within the required timeframe, and the courier tracking confirms the package has not been delivered.
I am therefore requesting that this claim be reassessed according to the actual terms of the Buyer Protection Policy.
Please escalate this to a senior support agent or manager.
