Are you getting enough beauty sleep?
In today's switched on, fast paced world, we sometimes view sleep as a period of idleness or lost productivity, and we try to get by on as little as possible. However, the hours we spend asleep are actually among our most constructive. While we sleep, the brain recharges, and cellular repair ramps up, which hugely benefits our skin, helping it to repair and regenerate at night. In an ideal world, 7 hours sleep a night is recommended. Sleep deprivation can result in sallow skin, dark circles and, over time, early aging. A good night cream is essential to help skin regeneration, as active ingredients are best absorbed while we sleep. 😴🤩👍

If you have seen the news about TPO in gel manicures, to reassure you, none of the Gelish nail products I use contain TPO. 😊👍🏻💅 I contacted Nail Alliance (suppliers of Gelish products) for their statement... this is what they said ....
