As many of you know, over the last year I’ve been juggling a lot, working in my cleaning job, building The Oracle’s Gaze, training in new treatments, and of course the usual fun of being a wife, a mum, and constantly cleaning up after three boys.😅
It’s taken hard work, 5am starts and late nights, but it’s all been completely worth it to follow the path I love.

I’m really proud to say I have less than 2 weeks left in my cleaning job, and from January I’ll be running my business full-time. Woohoo This has been my goal for so long, and I’m so excited to finally step fully into it.

I’m incredibly grateful for every bit of support I’ve had from friends, family, and all the lovely clients who’ve helped my business grow. Your belief in me means everything. 🤍🌿

I’ve just finished my 4 month journey of receiving the Munay-Ki rites, and it’s honestly been such a special and transformative experience.

The rites focus on growth, healing and becoming a calmer, more grounded version of yourself and that’s exactly how it’s felt for me. I’ve also met some amazing women throughout the process and formed some really lovely connections.

I’m excited to see how this continues to shape my healing work going forward ✨🌿

but it’s so cosy and the perfect escape from this cold weather.

When it’s this chilly outside, we all hold ourselves differently without even realising it.
We hunch, tense up our shoulders, tuck in our neck, and our backs start working overtime,
which is why winter can make those aches feel so much worse.😫
