Are there any local farmers able to help us clear a path at Weston View Care Home as we are currently unable to get our food van in and out of the car park. We rely on this to deliver food to our sister home to lunch.

As 2025 comes to a close, we look back on a year of progress across the Parklands group.

From opening our new 58 bed Pittyvaich care home in Inverness to launching new partnerships with Highland Hospice and Mikeysline, it has been a year marked by investment in the communities and people we serve. We have also been proud to receive multiple awards recognising our work in wellbeing, innovation and community impact and, of course, we are delighted that our sister home Eilean Dubh in Fortrose was named Regional Care Home of the Year Scotland.

Thank you to our teams, residents, families and communities for everything you do. We look forward to what 2026 will bring.

🎶 A Wonderful Musical Afternoon at Weston View Care Home 🎶

This afternoon we were delighted to welcome Ron Black, who treated our residents to a fantastic singing session. There was plenty of toe-tapping, singing along and smiling faces all round!

Residents shared how much they enjoyed the afternoon and said it was a lovely experience.

Moments like these really brighten the day and bring everyone together.

🎄✨ Christmas Party at Weston View Care Home ✨🎄

What a truly wonderful festive celebration we had at Weston View yesterday! Our residents were delighted to be entertained by the talented fiddlers, filling the home with festive tunes and much-loved old songs that brought smiles, memories and a few happy toe taps 🎻

It was a joy to see residents enjoying each other’s company alongside staff and loved ones, sharing laughter, stories and the true spirit of Christmas. With snacks galore and a few festive tipples enjoyed, the afternoon was full of warmth, cheer and togetherness. The home was so busy even the corridors were lined with people!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a special celebration 💖🎄
