Come join us at Hill of Maunderlea in the North East of Scotland for a wonderful weekend in July, the 17th-19th.

What's happening there then?

There is space for 8 people to come together and allow themselves to have a wonderful experience
Only 4 spaces left 🙏✨️

Single and twin occupancy rooms

The Retreat will run from Friday 17 July with a 6pm arrival to Sunday 19 July with a 4pm close.

Last night I took a different route home from my class in Foggie as I had some Tropic goodies to deliver.
It was the most lovely drive, with the moon high, bright and growing on one side and sun low and radiating across the horizon on the other.

I'm sharing a wee selection of some of my favourite captures from our Yoga in the Woods photoshoot with Dylan Dark Photography.

I love how Dylan has not only captured us as we moved but also the pure essence of the session we shared. It all happened one early Tuesday morning as the sun rose from the horizon.

Thank you Dylan and to those who got oot o their bed super early to join in!

6 years ago this was my hi-tech emergency yoga class set up. Worked a treat so it did😆, and Yogazone survived! Thanks to all you guys and your support. 🥰

Now, 6 years on I aim to return to some online 'Wakey Wakey' morning sessions. My set-up may be slightly different now, however, it will definitely still encapsulate my love and passion for sharing yoga, body/mind connection and your well-being and joy.
