Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well and keeping up with your stretches etc 😃.

I come with sad news 💔. Unfortunately I will not be able to open back up again as I had hoped. We have manged to annihilate some of my pesky tumours on my hips and spine but unfortunately they have caused quite a lot of damage on their uninvited quest! Due to it being my spine it is too risky to be bending this way and that! 😬🙄. I am gutted as I have worked very hard as anyone does in their own business and miss you guys and getting the craic massively 😩.

I would like to say though, if any one of you have any problem or questions you need help with please send me a message and I will at least give you advice as much as I can, always here to help. I am ok in myself, maybe a little more stiff and upright.

Hello all my lovely clients!

Update!!

I am remaining closed until January 2026 whilst I fight this pesky thing! I will reassess the situation then and give an update.

So far:

I have had three shots of radiotherapy and one of chemotherapy. I have another session of chemotherapy tomorrow, so, early doors in this lovely weather (6 am startissshhhhh ... -5 degrees 🥶).

To all my amazing clients.

I have to close down for a wee while. I apologise profusely.

Shockingly I have been diagnosed with spinal cancer - who would have known - just thought I had a dodgy hip. Even the NHS staff are completely surprised - but hey ho.

No negativity allowed!!! What's meant to be is meant to be. I am in good spirits and driving the staff here nuts!!! They don't know what has hit them!! 😄😄.

Positivity is key!! Happy Happy thoughts 😁. You who know me know I will see the positive in this no matter what.

Hope to see you all soon and finally BEHAVE!!! 💪💪💪.
