We would like to thank Fiona and Lara for clarifying the position of Networks of Wellbeing regarding their future involvement with Chilling Women Keith. We now look forward to progressing with the group under our own autonomy. A steering group has been formed to handle the overall running, and we aim to continue the already successful format that we have all enjoyed to date. Again, many thanks to N. O. W. and especially Suzanne, for initially setting up the group and for assurances of help and advice if needed in the future.
Due to the October break our next meeting will be in November.

This week representatives from Networks of Wellbeing will hold a meeting to suggest how we can take the Chilling Women Keith group forward after funding ceases in November, It would be most helpful if as many of the group as possible could attend.

Thanks to Ally for todays wreath making session, it was great fun, as was the blether and biscuits.
We would also like to support the Keith Library social sessions, and have included this months itinerary.

This week we will be making decorative wreaths using fabric. Ally will be guiding us through the creative process, ideal for Spooky Season, or when when you know what approaches in Dec.

Please note the change of event on the 8th, it would be very helpful if as many of us as possible attend.

We have a change to our session on 8th October.

NoW would like to invite you to a special session of Chilling Women Keith on the 8th October in the Longmore Hall. We we will all look how the group moves forward into 2026.

*****UPDATE*****
Gabby crafts can't manage today due to illness.

Instead we will be Joined by Carole for a Relaxation/Dru Yoga session.
The session will be suitable for all abilities.
Bring along a floor mat and blanket if you can.
Looking forward to seeing you all later.

As the weather turns more Autumnal, the crafting season is upon us..( any excuse for a crafty session!!!) This week Gabby Crafts will be showing us Decoupage...and letting us loose with scissors and glue, great fun to be had.. New faces are always welcome, biscuits and a cuppa always available..

This week we have Harmony Haven's gentle workshop to explore the power of colour therapy and soothing self-hand massage. Definitely a relaxing chilling session.
