We had a lovely catch up for our last session of the year it was also the last session that will be facilitated by Networks of Wellbeing.
It has been an absolute pleasure to facilitate this group, I'd like to wish the group and all its participants the very best going forward. Hopefully we will stay in touch, I'm excited to see how the group will go from strength to strength.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and fab New Year.
Thank you for all the lovely hugs n gifts that I received on Wednesday last week, I was a little overwhelmed 💜

Last Meeting of the year for the Chilling Women Group! we would love to see you for Chit chat, Cake and Beverages...it's been an eventful session, and next year looks like it's going to be even better!!
