Enjoy a day of Qigong and a delicious shared lunch.
5 Animals Frolics is quick and fun to learn but has the depth and and nurturing that Qigong is known for.

I'm thinking how lovely the light evenings are and how, in July, when we run the first Qi Gong in the Borders Retreat at Smailholm, the evenings will be longer and lovelier still. After easing out the stresses and strains of everyday, moving and breathing through Qi Gong together, we can chill, break bread and explore the Borders alongside fellow participants.

This retreat promises to be grounding, friendly, profound and chucklesome. Return to your home energised and refreshed, with forms to practice in your own space thereafter.

Thinking about joining us? Why not ring Jane or me for a chat?

Have you seen The Great Tapestry of Scotland? It's housed beautifully in Galashiels.
It's one of the important cultural sites that can be visited from our wonderful Qigong Retreat in the Scottish Borders. And there is so much more besides.

I love this video from Barry McGinlay's Tai Chi Life school. It's amazing how different the experience of watching the form with such an orriginal choice of music. It changes the whole feel. It's beautifully performed too.
