The perfect treatment now the nights are getting darker.

Ensure a great nights sleep with a lavender hot compress to the feet and pressure point massage, followed by a lavender aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage and finish off with a soothing scalp massage.

Enjoy this treatment anytime but it is particularly suited to later in the day so you can enjoy a restful evening. 😴
