Hi Everyone

I am Mark Rutherford the face behind
Be Activated Scottish Borders and the Kelso Sports Massage Clinic

I have been using Be Activated now since 2015. Sports Massage since 2003 so I have a lot of experience and always learning

I still use sports massage but if you are looking to make a real difference I 100% recommend a block of Be Activated to reset your body and in the long term, not requiring repeat treatments month after month. My aim is to help you look after yourself and not rely on a therapist forever.

Be Activated works with your nervous system. It gives your body the information it needs and will respond immediately! Allowing you to move better. I had a short evening (11pm) walk last Friday after my shift at Kirk Yeltholm
We passed a few if the runners coming in, on the Montane Spine Race. John was on his 4th winter race and struggling with back pain.

I couldn’t just walk passed him. I used the techniques to activate his psoas and glutes. It helped and it was just lucky timing we bumped into each other.

I am amazed what these athletes do to get along the 268 course.

He spoke to another athlete at the end who just happened to know me. Passed on my detail to thank me

Great few days helping at “KY” the end of the Spine race. Great to be part off.
Never used a microwave as much as I have Wednesday Thursday Friday this week. Lost count on cups ot tea made and consumed!
The environment of positivity form the most knackered of athletes to people travelling miles to see the dots crossing the line is amazing.
