I’m so excited to be hosting a Laughter Yoga workshop at the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival on 10th January 🥳

Laughter really can be powerful medicine. In Laughter Yoga, we use guided exercises to spark genuine laughter, allowing your body to soak up all those feel-good hormones, no jokes required.

There will be a full day of free workshops and inspiring sessions, with my workshop taking place at 2:40pm.

Tickets for the entire day are completely free, so come along to enjoy uplifting talks, nourishing workshops, and plenty of wellbeing stalls to explore.

📢 Update 📢

Yesterday was a very exciting day!! My new log cabin arrived 😱

I ordered it after the shop shut as I needed an alternative place to work and didn't want to take on another lease. Having a flexible space to hold my events and do therpies in feels aligned, bringing flexibility and long-term stability.

Although it's going up quickly, it will take some time to get plumbing and electricity, flooring, etc, but I would love to be working from here early, 2026 🤞

I envision it being a safe space to come and fully unfold into whatever experience you need. Soft lights, grounding smells, and thoughtful touches to make it the best hour of your week ✨️

Although I have been pretty quiet on social media since the shop closed, I'm very much still here doing what I love, and I can't wait to welcome you into my new space soon ❤️

I have had so many messages over the last few weeks about my sage spray.. you must all be coming to the end of your bottles at the same time 🤣

GOOD NEWS!!! I'm still doing them 😘
I must have sold 100's of bottles when the shop was open. They always hooked people in with the beautiful smell, people very often returned again and again for another... some even wearing it as a perfume 💃

Currently I have been making them to order but might consider doing batches and releasing once a month (which makes more sense time wise for me) or maybe even find a couple of cool shops to stock in so you can pop in and collect when you need. Any suggestions of shops that would work for you are welcome!
