Announcing the hottest collaboration of Summer 2025!!☀️🔥☀️

& have collaborated to bring you an all new Fitness Session.

This new venture will be hosted EVERY SUNDAY from 20th July at 🧡🖤

We are all so excited to bring this inclusive session to the Community and HG members! Whatever your fitness level or experience we cater for everyone and will have different movement options to suit your needs!

Sessions will be 9am for an hour and complimentary coffee ☕️ will be supplied by us to recover and chat afterwards!

Your body can do it, it’s sometimes just our minds that need convincing and believing what we’re able to do. Like completing the CrossFit Open workout 25.3 in the RX category this year, where last year it was a scaled or foundation category during postnatal training. One year later and we’re moving weights with ease, keeping HR in check and getting stronger, fitter by the day. All the progress is down to consistency and progressive training, ensuring all the smaller muscle groups are strengthened and doing their job to support range of motion and maximum output. Getting it done no matter the circumstances but also being able to adapt the training to help combating fatigue instead of adding to it as recovery is vital but depending on many things, one of them being sleep. With little people in the house that can be a challenge making flexible, healthy training vital to achieve your bodies full potential. It’s an amazing journey and the results are absolutely staggering. ❤️💪🎉

A big thank you to all of you for your continued support, drive and energy! We wish you a wonderful time with your loved ones, time to look back and see how far each one of you has come, how hard you’ve worked, and enjoy the quality time with friends and family. Enjoy every moment without worrying about what you’re doing between Christmas and New Year as it matters more what you’re doing between New Year and Christmas. Relax, enjoy and remember everyone that’s no longer with us whilst cherishing everyone that is. Merry Christmas from my family to yours. 🎄🎉❤️

2023 wrapped. As 2023 draws to a close we can l take a pause and reflect on what a huge year it has been. Whether you came to kick off your fitness journey, trained to push your boundaries, repaired imbalance to be able to train injury free, prepared for upcoming competitions, returned from injury and gained new movement and control over your body, switched after successful weightloss to strength training, simply wanted to tone - everyone of you took remarkable strides this year and should be immensely proud. I am so very proud of what we have achieved and cannot wait to see what 2024 brings! I would like to thank you for everything, all the opportunities, the learnings, the progress. This year we are battling cancer on the 15th October to show that nobody is alone and we’re here to support each other throughout each and everyone’s journey. 1 in 2 these days are affected by cancer unfortunately and it’s vital to ensure funding is available to help in terms of research as much as front end help. Post competition thoughts after an epic competition at yesterday with amazing athletes and friends supporting each other and cheering each other on all the way. Total squad goals. And thanks for being an epic partner Why do we train? What do we train for? Is it to better ourselves, to feel better about ourselves, to see what our body is capable of, is it to therapy to train with like minded people and simply achieving or forgetting about the world outside and taking care of our own health or is is a bit of everything? Yes, training can be hard and frustrating, but we get to train. We can work and invest into getting better and our body rewards us for it in plentiful ways, be that one physical or psychological level or both. Weight is so much more than a number, it’s what you’re able to do that is sometimes so much more of value than a perception of a definition that is imposed on us by society. Trusting my own body took me a long time to learn and it still is a journey and probably always will be, but ultimately we’re all in the same boat, so let’s get it done 💥
