I asked an AI tool to generate a picture for me. I was thinking about the use of cotton buds to ‘clean’ ears, and how you can’t tell if the bud will clear wax off the walls of your ear (wax that we need), or poke a lump of wax into a ‘bridge’ across the whole ear canal, behind which, then, new debris will ‘back up’. Either way, the use of a cotton bud is unhelpful, possibly even risky. This is why health professionals will always tell you ‘do not put anything smaller than your elbow into your ear’. It seems that even ChatGPT agrees with this!
