We continue to work under The Department of Health instructions during the Covid 19 pandemic. This includes contacting all patients the day prior to their treatment to check they have no symptoms of Covid; wearing PPE and providing hand sanitizer on arrival. Our appointment times are spread out to minimise the number of people in the clinic and the clinic and reception area is sanitised between each Patient. We are doing our best to keep our Patients and Staff safe and assure we are following all Government advice.

Ingrowing toenails are very painful and can affect the way we walk and run. They occur when the nail plate grows into the skin at the side. If the side of the nail is infected, antibiotics can help to get rid of the infection, although recurring infections are common if the ingrowing nail is not cut back. We offer conservative treatment - or nail surgery for a more permanent solution. If the side of the nail is painful, bathe the toe daily to keep it clean and wear shoes that do not increase pressure on the toe. We can help - call us on 01539 732268.
