Monday 9:30am and 6pm
Tuesday 7:15pm
Wednesday 9:30am

Block begins Monday 8th September - 7 weeks.

BLOCK PAYMENTS

Unlimited classes £160
Two classes a week: £140
One class a week: £84

DROP IN: £15

If you want a regular spot in a particular class please PM or WhatsApp 07801994101 to guarantee it...there are 8 spaces for each class.

(I don't have a signal at home so I only receive WhatsApp messages)

Classes are 60 minutes.......post class dip for day classes and evening classes until it gets dark! x

This image has been knocking around the hot yoga world since 2008 I reckon - I first saw it on the Bikram Yoga Balham website when I was working there. That was a great studio - think it still is there? I haven't been for years. Very hot and a capacity of 80ish? A few famous faces along the way....
...anyway - if you fancy giving Hot Yoga a go - you don't need to do it in front of a crowd or travel to south London.

Remember its a beginner's class and ALL are welcome x
