Working mobile since 2016 I qualified in 2011 in Complementary Therapies (massage).

I now work mobile, meaning I come to your home to provide tailored massages (please check menus/services). I bring everything I need for the treatment/s so you don't have to worry about anything. All I need is the space to set up the massage couch, but I've never not had enough space! Yet! Always happy to move furniture around to create the space that's needed, and I will return the room back to h

ow it was after the session/s. Upsides - receiving a well-deserved massage, hopefully getting ailments eased, no driving or parking, hopefully feeling like you're on cloud 9 after, you can just roll into bed after if you so wish, or work around your schedule (in your lunch break, in between events, etc.) Downsides - you have to pay... can't think of any others!

There are so many connections here, including muscles that connect to your shoulder blade!
When having your shoulders massaged, upper arms most certainly should be massaged, due to the triceps AND biceps connecting to your shoulder blades, believe it or not 😉

I love working a trigger point and feeling a release, and 99% of the time having a huge release of pain for the client!
Sooooo satisfying
Here's a very common one - Piriformis
These trigger points can create sciatica symptoms, along with pain/discomfort in lower back, hips and legs, numbness in these areas
CAUTION - bursitis could be present. It's always best to seek advice from a professional before doing any self-help techniques (especially if it involves doing trigger point work!)
