Hello everyone! Since my last post I have a few new followers to my page so I thought I’d post some commonly asked questions and what to expect during a massage for those who may not have had a treatment before.

Questions:
‘What should I wear to my appointment?’
Something comfortable that you can change in and out of easily. Depending on what treatment you get keeping jewellery to a minimum that day may be more of a beneficial to you as it will save you time taking it on and off for your treatments.

‘Is it normal to chat during a treatment or should stay quiet and relax?’
This is completely to you as it’s your time. You can take the opportunity to wind down and enjoy some quiet time and sometimes even fall asleep! Others prefer to have a good chat whichever you prefer is ok!

‘How often should I get a massage?’
Every 4 weeks is best to keep on top of tension reduction and muscle health. If your budget and time allows every 2 weeks can be even better.

‘Will this get all my knots out in one session?’
You will definitely feel a big difference after mentally and physically. Knots will be reduced but regular matinence will help get rid of more stubborn muscle aches over time.

Things to remember

* If you are unhappy with something let me know! Like if you’re not comfortable on the bed or you want your pressure adjusting please tell us as soon as possible during your treatment. My priority is you feeling comfortable and happy with your service. So please communicate any concerns I am more than happy making accommodations where I can.
* Massage isn’t just a luxury. Many people treat it as such but having them regularly has many health benefits.
* Consultations are important. Before each treatment I will have a chat with my client before hand to answer any questions it also helps me tailor the treatment uniquely to you.

Hello everyone! I’ve not posted in a little while as I took a full time job last year so I have unfortunately not been able to be as active with Rose and Relaxation. Other than still keeping a few of my regular clients.
I am pleased to say that I am now taking new bookings again and I am also happy to announce the opening of my home treatment room! Where I will be offering the same services.
I will soon be expanding my treatment list to include facials and body scrubs as well as my usual massage so keep your eye peeled for updates this February!
