Hip Operation 6/11
I'm going to be off until sometime in January as I had a total hip operation. Everything went really well, i was the first to have the op lasting approx 1hr 15mins. To the latter end I woke up to the surgeons still at work, but as I'd had a spinal and sedation I was completely fine.

I went into recovery for 30 mins just for the nurses to do their jobs being kept warm with an electric blanket.

I was transferred to the ward at around 12noon, very lucky as I have my own room, juat needed the spinal to wear off as my legs were totally numb. Eventually all the numbness had gone in my pelvis and left leg but not properly in my right (the surgical leg), so I haven't been out of bed yet as blood pressure is on the low side.

Food and staff are excellent, our NHS is fantastic!

So yesterday I had a meet and greet on Zoom with a new course for Level 1 Tempro Mandibilar Joint Dysfunction, TMJ Massage Therapies® Online CPD Course

Will keep posting and there will be blogs on my website too.

A week in Agadir, Morocco. Lovely hotel Iberostar Waves Founty Beach fantastic entertainment, staff, food, 2 days left. Quad biking today to the mini Sahara Rasmouka biking with the hubster and boys. Great few hours.
Camel riding next time!!

I feel honoured to be recognised doing what I love best. I collected the award yesterday at Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa.
