✨️New Price List..arriving in April✨️

Just a heads up that my pricing will be changing as of April 5th. This is to coincide with the cost of living, and I hope you'll all understand the small increase 🙏 I've added a couple of new treatment options to the roster, you'll now be able to book a 45 minute Sports Massage, for when 1hr isn't necessary to get the job done ✔️ So it'll save you some money! I'm also offering a course of acupuncture treatments at a discounted rate, as a course of acupuncture is more effective than a single treatment 😀 thank you for your continued custom and support, it's much appreciated and I'm really looking forward to another year in The Pink Clinic! I've met such a great group of women at the Lake District Strongwoman Club & last night we celebrated Christmas with a festive in-house comp! So much fun, great to see everyone's progress and celebrate everyone's achievements, and I'm over the moon I came home with a winners trophy! 🏆 and back at it today with another busy day in The Pink Clinic 😆

A fortnight before this competition, I was suffering with a very painful tennis elbow, which was stopping me from lifting anything above my head at all. 3 rounds of electro-acupuncture and some daily stretches and positive thinking sorted it completely 🤩 i can get you comp ready! Drop me a message

Had such an amazing day yesterday, competing in my first ever strongwoman competition, at 🏋‍♀️
It was so much fun and the most nervous I've ever felt in my life 😅 but i hit PBs and surprised the hell out of myself. Finished 5th, and can't wait for the next one! 🥳5️⃣🌈🙌

I want to say a huge thank you to for being a fabulous trainer and coming to support me, as well as and her cool af and very inspiring lifting club and thank you to for hosting such a great event

Event 1: axle 45kg press - 6 reps PB
Event 2: 110kg Deadlift 10 reps PB
Event 3: Farmers Walk 65kg each hand 🏆 came 1st!
Event 4: 150kg Yoke carry - came 6th
Event 5: 60kg Sandbag loading - 6 reps PB

🤍Royston🤍 those clients who have been lucky enough to visit The Pink Clinic whilst Royston is on duty will know how much I adore him. I'm heartbroken to let you all know that Roy has passed away peacefully, a few days after his 11th birthday, due to lymphoma. He was such a gorgeous naughty character who loved to cuddle, as you can see! I will miss him forever 🤍 his brother Rab will still make an appearance in the clinic from time to time, but due to his short stature, he won't be jumping up on the bed! 🖤

My Story

After completing several massage therapy courses at Kendal College, I went on to gain my BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation at the University of Cumbria. I have a passion for helping people and can treat both sporting and work-related injuries, from minor aches and pains to chronic conditions. I am the match-day sports therapist for Kendal R.U.F.C and offer injury rehabilitation and sports therapy appointments at the rugby club, as well as in Kendal town centre, at the Shiva Centre (above Samsara Tattoo, opposite the ‘Bird-Cage’).
