🏞Lake District Running⛰️

There really isn't anything that quite hits the spot like a good old fashioned yomp over the Lake District fells!

Awesome views on today's out and back route from Kirkstone Pass up on St Ravens Edge then towards Stoney Cove Pike, Thornthwaite Crag and High Street.

The fells are where I feel most at home, a place where all the stresses and strains of life disappear. Hard work on some of those climbs today, but I'm sure you'll all agree, the views from the top made it all worthwhile 😊.

☀️Feels like Summer😎

Thoroughly enjoyed getting out on the bike on a rare day off, although it was a bit on the warm side! 🥵

Loved the route today out through Woodhouse and Ackenthwaite, along to Beetham before going up over Slackhead. Cycled through the lovely villages of Storth and Levens before returning home, a very enjoyable 25 miles 😊.

Hope everyone else manages to enjoy this glorious weather, whatever it is you're doing. Enjoy folks!

🏃‍♂️Lake District Running Festival🏃‍♀️

Just reflecting on a great opportunity to be apart of an amazing event last weekend!

The .runningfestival was incredible and I was so grateful to be a part of it. It was so nice to see so many runners and families out enjoying all of the different races on offer, having a go at all the activities and doing it all with a smile despite the weather 🌧☔️.

Really enjoyed meeting lots of new people both local and from afar and it was great to offer some much needed sports massage to plenty of tired, but happy runners 😊.

Huge shout out to my wife for all of her help and support across the weekend, I couldn't have done it without her. Finally, a shout out as well to Mya for being an excellent mascot.

☀️Sunshine season☀️

Really enjoyed making the most of this stunning sunny weather that we've been having. Plenty of adventures, including venturing over to Loweswater to tick off a couple of Wainwrights with , Mya and Floss.

Also a lovely, sunny bike ride to Arnside with a pit stop at the pub 🍻😊.

I hope everyone else has been making the most of the recent sunshine, get out there adventuring whilst the sunshine lasts! ☀️

🇨🇾Out of office in Cyprus🇨🇾

Just a reminder to clients that I am currently out of office on my honeymoon in Cyprus ☀️.

Enjoying having some well earned rest and relaxation with my new wife . May have even treated myself to a massage 💆‍♂️.

⭐️Marathons & Ultras⭐️

It's marathon and ultra season folks! In the next few weeks both the Manchester and London marathons will be in full flow.

To all those who are either doing the marathon or an ultra challenge in the next few weeks, don't let those pesky little niggles bother you. Treat yourselves to a good sports massage to iron out any tension from all those training miles in the legs. Let's get you to that start line ready to go! 💪🏻

Best of luck to all those who are running an ultra or in a marathon soon, I hope you all smash your own personal goals, all those training miles will have been worth it 💥

⭐️Monthly Recap⭐️

Spring has arrived! The clocks have gone forward and it's time to look forward to those lighter, sunnier evenings ☀️.

Coming off the back of a super busy March, which has been great, with lots of clients both regular and new coming to see me ☺️. March also saw me become an uncle for the third time after the arrival of my baby niece, Hallie, who is very cute! I also celebrated my birthday 🎂 🥳

Heading into April, I have another busy month ahead, not just with plenty of clients visiting, but I'm also getting married! 🤵‍♂👰‍♀ With all this coming up, I will be out of clinic from the 18th of April until the 1st of May, during which time I'll be celebrating and enjoying my honeymoon to Cyprus 🇨🇾

🎉Business birthday🥳

Celebrations at HQ last week as the business has officially been trading for a whole year! As you can see Mya couldn't wait to get the party started 🤣😂

Can't quite believe that it's been a year since I set up my own sports therapy business. Plenty of highs and some lows, but all part of the rollercoaster that is being a business owner.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the journey so far, helping me to make my dream come true! 👍🏻💪🏻 Here's to another fantastic year!

⛳️ I'm Back!⛳️

Back into the clinic this week after some time away in Portugal 🇵🇹 for my stag do.

Had a great few days with a fab group of lads, all of whom made the trip what it was 👍🏻. The weather was very kind to us and we somehow managed to dodge the rain showers.

Played some lovely golf 🏌️‍♂️ across three stunning Dom Pedro courses in the Algarve, even managed to par a few holes! 😂

Was nice to get back into the swing of things in the clinic this week, with a full diary and enjoyed touching base with many of my regular clients, but was also great to meet a couple of new ones too! 👍🏻
