You can't beat making them in good company with a festive atmosphere. 🎁

If you were your own best friend - what advice would you give yourself?

It's -

We all get stressed at times, but sometimes we don't notice it creeping up or other times we don't know what to do about it.

This is one of the reasons we advocate . Get out in nature. Stare at the colours of the autumn trees. Cloud watch. Listen to a babbling beck. Cook yourself something nutritious. Give yourself permission to just be.

We have a range of options if you want to schedule yourself a whole hour of time to unwind and enjoy. Because wouldn't your best friend say you deserve it?

🎆 Firework season is upon us! 🎆

🐕 As well as people's wellbeing, we also look after your furry friends from our Animal Annexe.

Some general tips for keeping pets safe on fireworks night 🐈‍⬛:

1. Make sure your pet is indoors when fireworks are being set off.

2. Draw the curtains and turn the TV or radio up louder than normal to mask the noise of the fireworks

4. Build your pet a den or allow it to find a place to hide and leave it quietly as long as it is safe.

🗨🧍‍♀️Our Holistic Vet Ilse finds homeopathic remedies can be really useful and also a supplement called Nutracalm.
