You've been eating healthy & exercising but your clothes, mirror & scales tell you a different story?

If your goal is fat loss, to lose dangerous visceral fat, have a smaller midsection, more energy & get fitter- the type of exercise you do needs to be taken into consideration.

Hiya 👋 You asked me... & we have filmed this for you this morning from Club La Santa. Full tour!
I've been visiting & travelling around sports, health, fitness & well-being resorts since 1994 when I first stumbled upon Club La Santa Lanzarote doing International Aerobics.
If you- like me, love to combine sports, health, fitness & well-being activities into holidays or training breaks by yourself, with family or friends then this video is for you.

A full behind the scenes tour from north camp reception to gym, shop, spin, north camp olympic pool, 5 a side, bouldering, sports booking, leisure pool, shops, wellness, athletics track, functional fitness, volcano area for group exercise, dance studio, south camp pools, bike centre, el lago restaurant, new apartments, golf & watersports centre.
