🤦‍♀️Guilty! It's hard to push of out of it. I love my warm blanket of excuses...
BUT what if...
you gave the thing a go?
you let go of thinking it has to be the right time or perfect?
you started something with a frame of curiosity & exploration?
So many times I've held myself back (internal dialogue of doubt, fear, confidence). The times I have pushed myself forward. I learn't more about myself, I overcame the fear, I gained so much more confidence.

🤔Do you recognise any of these signs & symptoms? I come across these problems & issues everyday with people in classes & 1-1.

1- Frequent lower back pain or tightness
2- Poor posture (rounded shoulders or excessive lower back arch)
3- Difficulty balancing on one leg
4- Hips or hamstrings feel tight all the time
5- Stomach sticks out even when body fat is low
6- Feeling unstable when lifting, running, or changing direction
