Kendal & Ulverston Leisure Centres are hosting Royal Life Saving Society UK’s “Save a Life” Campaign.

We’re proud to support the Royal Life Saving Society UK’s (RLSS UK) Save a Life campaign - a nationwide initiative to equip the public with essential lifesaving skills.

When: Thursday 16th October | 5pm - 7pm
Where: Kendal & Ulverston Leisure Centres

Our qualified First Aid trainers will be offering free resuscitation training, including vital CPR techniques that could help save a life in an emergency.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to refresh your skills, everyone is welcome. No booking required - simply turn up and join in!

This course has been designed for Adults who want to get the most out of using Apps to access GP services. Everything you need to know about your NHS account and the NHS App, as well as others, to help you access NHS services online.

More than 7,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the UK each year, but survival rates remain stubbornly low, because many cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage.
