Injury Rehabilitation; Sports Injury Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of injuries. The first step towards recovery is getting an accurate diagnosis from a certified sports-injury specialist. Typically, the initial stage of treatment involves reducing pain and promoting healing. Welcome to the Sidas UK Podiatry Clinic The clinic was established in Bridge House, Kendal to provide private care with an emphasis on personal health and well-being of our patients. As part of Sidas UK the clinic has access to in-house diagnostic facilities to ensure that the service delivery and clinical expertise is second to none. Enthusiastic and approachable with a particular interest and specialism in Biomechanics and Sports Rehabilitation you will be well cared for. Services which we offer: Routine Treatment: £30 This covers all general podiatry/chiropody from nail management to a diabetic foot check.

Medical Pedicure: £50 This includes your routine treatment. But also you will benefit from a warm wax therapy which is soothing, softening heat therapy for healthier skin, promoting circulation and alleviating sore and aching joints.

Cryopen VP Therapy: £60 (Inital Treatment £60 || Further Treatments £55) The cryopen therapy can be used for the treatment of a verruca/ or multiple verrucae, warts, skin tags, and similar types of lesion.

Acupuncture: £30 Podiatric acupuncture is used to treat conditions of the lower limb, providing pain relief. It can help with Joint Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Mortons Neuroma and other Neurological conditions relating to the lower limb.
