Injury Rehabilitation; Sports Injury Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of injuries. The first step towards recovery is getting an accurate diagnosis from a certified sports-injury specialist. Typically, the initial stage of treatment involves reducing pain and promoting healing. With 25 years’ experience in nail cutting within the NHS, she brings a wealth of knowledge and care to our patients.

When she’s not working, Bridget loves the outdoors and getting away on family breaks 🌿🚗

She’s already known for her big smile and warm personality — we’re so happy to have her with us! 😄
