Huge thank you, thank you... to the lovely William at Hikitalo for the amazing voucher!!

You've made some amazing changes to your lifestyle habits and just look at the results.. what an inspiration you are.. to us AND your gorgeous girls! 😍
I'm so so glad you walked through those doors (I don't think i'll ever forget that night) xx

"Photos and measurements 6 months apart from when I re-joined Millie's 5.30pm session.

I could never see the difference when people would point it out. But I am 2 dress sizes smaller (at least), happier, healthier, more confident and loving my mummy body for the first time 🥰

Thank you Millie Kenfig Hill and everyone at the Kenfig Hill 5.30pm group, you've all been a huge factor in my success here and I could not have done so well without you all 🥰

I still have a way to go, but I feel more determined than ever to get to Target (I'm not 100% on what that is yet) and stay there to be a positive example to my girls xx"

Due to the Talbot Community Centre being used for polling.. this Thursday (4th June 2025) our 7.30am and 9.30am sessions will be held in St James' Church Hall..

1 Pyle Road, Pyle, CF33 6AE (and this is what it looks like!)
Opposite Clarks Garage.

5.30pm session you'll be back at the Talbot Community Centre.. but we'll be in the smaller back hall. So sorry.

** Please note that that if you choose to park in the Asda car park you may be at risk of a ticket.. the store isn't open before 7.30am and I believe there is a time limit (check the signs).. so please please be careful! We want to lose lbs.. not £s! teehee!
