Most people in pain chase the quick fix β€” painkillers, ice baths, massage guns… and skip training.
But you’re trying to cover a wound with a unicorn plaster πŸ©ΉπŸ¦„

After 10+ years and 1,000+ clients, I’ve learned pain isn’t just one sore muscle β€” it’s lifestyle stacking up:
πŸ‘‰ Sitting all day
πŸ‘‰ Poor sleep
πŸ‘‰ Stress
πŸ‘‰ Eating rubbish

No wonder you’re still in pain.

Imagine waking up with less stiffness, more energy, and no need for short term relief!

Start fixing the root cause: move properly, eat to recover, manage stress, and sleep better.

Pain goes down. Energy goes up. You feel in control again.

Comment β€œLifestyle” below and let’s get you back to enjoying life πŸ‘‡

Ever wonder why that ache or a pain won't budge?

Well things such as Past traumas, like bone breaks, leave a trail of compensation. But what about if these are Not present?

Dig into daily habits. πŸ”„ That desk slouch or repetitive move might be the culprit.

Hip with decreased range of motion? SI joint needs adjusting? These are just the problems caused by the past injuries or daily habits. Address these then craft the plan. Pain-free journey starts with understanding what things you may be doing or things that may have happened.

If you have aches and pain Dm massage.

Are you struggling to decided how to train so you can stay injury free ?

"Choices, choices! πŸ’ͺ Bodybuilding, strongman, powerlifting, CrossFit – we've got it all. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Then come the 'injury gurus' claiming one-size-fits-all with movement-centric training. Sure, it's crucial, but dissing other styles? Not my vibe. 🚫 Inactivity's the real enemy. Love your training style, just nail the form, prioritize recovery, and throw in some non-Sagittal plane moves. Stay active, stay smart!

What's your favorite training flavor? Drop it below! πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘€ another client moving better with no pain.

πŸ“Έ On the left, we have the initial posture. the client came in with left shoulder pinching during overhead movements. Notice the right side of the neck pulled down with an slight rotation to the right and the right lower back also affected.

πŸ”„ With treatment we've made incredible progress. Look at the picture on the right: the head is now in a more neutral position, and releasing the QL has decreased the side ways lean to the right. With both QL muscles released, the release rib cage can move freely, allowing the collar bone to move taking away the pinch in the shoulder when going over head.

If you are struggling with any shoulder issues DM shoulder.

Pain isn't always as straightforward as it seems. πŸ€• When you're dealing with those persistent aches, it's time to look beyond the surface. 🚫 Stop attributing it solely to things like "inactive muscles" or "a vertebrae out of alignment."

The real πŸ”‘ is understanding that pain can have roots in past traumas, whether it's an old injury or those daily habits we hardly notice. πŸ”„ It's about going beneath the surface and discovering what's been happening in your daily life that might be causing that vertebra to act up. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ’

So, don't just focus on symptoms, dig into the daily routines and past experiences to uncover the true cause of your discomfort. πŸ’ͺ

πŸ¦΅πŸ‘Š Just a little reminder that injuries can happen to anyone, anytime. I recently had a run-in with a kerb and my knee took the hit. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ But instead of dwelling on "why me?" I'm shifting my mindset to "what can I do now to improve?"

Injuries are opportunities to work on neglected areas of our body and mind. It's a chance to grow stronger and come back even better. Stay positive, keep pushing forward, and remember, setbacks are just setups for comebacks. πŸ’ͺπŸ’―

As a sports massage specialist and rehabilitation coach, I'm all about understanding how our bodies work. πŸ“šπŸ’‘

πŸ”΅ **Transverse Plane** πŸ”΅
The transverse plane is all about rotation. Think of it as a horizontal line dividing your body into upper and lower halves. It's essential for actions like twisting your torso, swiveling your hips, and even playing your favorite sports. πŸ€βš½

πŸ”΄ **Sagittal Plane** πŸ”΄
The sagittal plane is where most of our everyday movements occur. It divides your body into left and right halves and is responsible for forward and backward movements like walking, running, and bending. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

🟒 **Frontal Plane** 🟒
The frontal plane divides your body into front and back halves and governs side-to-side movements. Activities like lateral raises, sidestepping, and jumping jacks are thanks to this plane. πŸ’ͺπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

Understanding these planes and how they work together is crucial for staying injury-free and improving performance. Whether you're an athlete or simply looking to move with more ease, it's all about balance and coordination. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Are you curious about how these movement planes impact your body's health and mobility?

πŸ˜… We've all been there, contorting ourselves like human pretzels, trying to pinpoint that elusive discomfort. πŸ€ͺ

πŸ” "Is it here? Or maybe there?" You might ask yourself as you twist, turn, and stretch. But let's not forget, it's all part of the journey to understanding our bodies better.

πŸ’‘ The quest to find the source of pain is a testament to our curiosity and resilience. It's a reminder that we're determined to feel better and live our best lives. 🌟

So, here's to those funny positions and the dedication to self-discovery!
Remember, we're here to help you make sense of it all and guide you towards a pain-free path. πŸ’ͺ
