Start looking at the exercise itself

Nerve pain ?

Sciatica, shooting pains down the arm.

Nerves like three things

Movement
Space
Blood flow

Massage can work but we are creating comparison

Wor to decompress the tissue an create space in the joint which will allow more blood flow.

B stance RDL 3x12es

Its aim is to put a light load into the body with the goal of getting joints to move through more range depending on structure.
