I have a long term health condition, which has given me experience with dealing and overcoming battles that come with having long term ill health, such as consultant meetings, living with pain and working out a new normal. Love is in the air, hopefully starting with yourself! Love yourself has been made negative, that it feels rude, vulgar to do it, that we have gone the other way, showing ourselves no love.
But what happens if I say ‘you can’t love others before you love yourself’ that ‘others can’t love you, unless you love yourself’. Self love is where to start. So as it is that time of year, maybe sit and try and think even if it is one thing you love about yourself? I will start I love my sense of humour…….

New Year does not mean new you! As you are doing amazing just the way you are.
It might mean to give yourself time, to discover things about yourself, which you have forgotten about. Coaching and counselling can give you time and space for that. But also try self care, as this is as important as sleep, food and water.
