Phlebotomy Services Ltd based in Kenilworth,Warwickshire was established 14+ years ago, and has gone from strength to strength. Over the years our dedicated team of professional practitioner's has grown, meaning we are able to support more people everyday. We are here to fill the gap between the NHS and private sector, offering home/work tests and clinic. Our CQC registered, fully insured phlebotomy service accommodates NHS or private tests, with or without a GP referral, using only accredited CQC labs. Our friendly team specialise in seeing children with special needs, those with anxiety & needle-phobia and those with dementia. We’re a mobile service, so can make house/work calls or you can visit us at our Kenilworth clinic. Just bring your NHS form or private test kit and we’ll handle the rest. Laura is our Office Manager and PA to the Directors, and a truly integral part of the business. She’s the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, expertly juggling the many demands of our very busy office.

From managing a team of administrators and overseeing a busy office & clinic, to supporting our nationwide network of 90+ phlebotomists, Laura plays a vital role in the day to day success of the organisation.

She’s always smiling, never flustered, and incredibly efficient – the calm at the centre of it all. ☕️ (Usually with a good brew in hand and a bourbon biscuit close by!)

With a background in accounting and HR, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, making her an invaluable asset to the business.

Becky is Jaynes’s Senior Phlebotomist and has been working with the company for over 7 years. Jayne and Becky go way back through their NHS days and Becky is an experienced Phlebotomist with over 26 years of clinical experience, which is why she is on the team!

Not only does she have the skills, but she also shares the same passion of how people should be treated and the patients love her. 💙 She has vast NHS experience on hospital wards, phlebotomy departments & GP surgeries & was a regular face out in the community for many years.

Becky specialises in taking blood from children and works closely with Jayne in other specialist areas of the business, covering a lot of miles across the UK.
