Your adductor muscles do more than you might think—they pull your thighs together, rotate the upper leg inward, and stabilize your hips. Pack light—grab essentials like a skipping rope and yoga mat. Make sightseeing part of your workout by aiming for 10k steps minimum each day. Bodyweight exercises can be done anywhere, and a scenic run is always a win. And don’t forget to stay hydrated, especially in the heat! 🌞💧

Here are some signs to watch out for:

⭐️Persistent Fatigue: If you’re constantly tired, even after a good night’s sleep, your body might be telling you it needs more rest.

⭐️Decreased Performance: Struggling with weights or exercises that used to be easy? Overtraining can lead to a drop in strength and endurance.

⭐️Mood Swings & Irritability: Feeling more anxious or irritable? Overtraining can mess with your hormones, affecting your mood.

⭐️Aches & Pains: Unusual muscle soreness or joint pain that lingers could be a sign your body isn’t recovering properly.
