Pack light—grab essentials like a skipping rope and yoga mat. Make sightseeing part of your workout by aiming for 10k steps minimum each day. Bodyweight exercises can be done anywhere, and a scenic run is always a win. And don’t forget to stay hydrated, especially in the heat! 🌞💧
