useums, markets, shops, pubs and cafes. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities and stylish furniture, and your loved one is welcome to bring their own treasured items to help them feel more at home. There are different living areas, lounges and quiet rooms around the home, as well as a hair salon and gardens that are very popular with residents.

Unfortunately, our lift has been affected by the recent lightning storms in the area.
If you require any assistance with getting to Pine or Willow suites please see a member of staff at reception and we will offer assistance getting you to the floor.

Honouring International Self-Care Day at Kenilworth Grange ✨

Today, our wonderful staff were treated to a deeply calming Sound Healing session a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect. 🌿

At the invitation from our mental health 1st aider Angela Andriesanu, the event was led by one of our own, Heart Cruz, a dedicated nurse and wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience, the session brought soothing vibrations, stillness, and a sense of renewal to our hardworking team.

As part of our commitment to caring for those who care, this was a beautiful reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to Heart for sharing your gifts. 💜

We had a fantastic time connecting in our Parkinson’s group this week. Our Lifestyle Lead, Emmanuel, thoughtfully prepared a series of physical exercises tailored specifically for those living with Parkinson’s, helping everyone feel active and supported.

Every day, our residents at Kenilworth Grange take part in a variety of engaging activities. A particular favourite is darts, where friendly competition brings out plenty of enthusiasm. Singalong sessions are always a joyful occasion, filled with smiles and shared melodies. For some, gardening holds a special place in their hearts – so much so that they visit the garden daily to tend to their beloved plants.

What a lovely day we've had with our wonderful residents! We made the most of the sunny weather by starting off with some fun parachute games and gentle exercises in the garden – lots of smiles all around! 🌈💜

After that, we rolled up our sleeves for a bit of gardening, planting, chatting, and soaking up the fresh air. 🌼🌿 And to finish the day with a bang, we played a few lively rounds of bingo – always a favourite! 🎱✨

It’s been a fun and busy few days here! Over the past three days — Monday to Wednesday — our residents have enjoyed a mix of activities to keep minds and bodies active:

💪 Keep Fit Sessions to stay healthy and energised
🛍️ A lovely trip into town for some fresh air and social time
📚 And today, we celebrated National Book Lovers Day by visiting each resident and sharing books so everyone could join in and enjoy the joy of reading!

A lovely weekend at the residence!
Our residents enjoyed a refreshing wellness walk, and a couple of ladies popped out for some shopping and a coffee at the café. There was also a fun game of balloon tennis, plus a bit of brain boosting with a quiz and photo descriptions. Plenty of smiles all round! 😊

What a great day! We visited St Nicholas School to thank the Kindness Club kids for their beautiful drawings and quotes — we gave them a little gift in return. 💖

We also enjoyed a wellness walk with Linda and Margaret, followed by a fun game of Name That Tune with winners Roger and Graham! 🎶 Of course, the music got everyone dancing and having a blast! 💃🕺
