Run by Kenilworth Chamber of Trade, and voted for by the public, this means so much to all the team.

We'll find out whether we have won at the ceremony on 6th November at the Holiday Inn, so watch this space! (And keep your fingers and toes crossed for us 🤞🤞🤞😁)

Charlie is out and about again today, this time at the VBS Medical Conference at the Lilleshall Training Centre.

We use our VBS K Laser for treating verrucae, fungal nails and for MSK issues so it is always good to hear his treatment protocols are developing and to share best practice.

We had a quarterly training session this afternoon with (nearly) the whole team.

Alison Thomas, The Safety Elf, led a posture workshop and then worked with us in teams to give us pointers on how to protect our spines.

The photos show:

💀 Charlie and Alison with Ergo, the skeleton. We stuck stickers on him to show where our aches and pains occur (predominantly neck and shoulders).

🏗️ Mia doing the brick on a stick experiment (to show how hard it gets to lift the brick to ge further away from it you are). Don’t be a human crane!!

We’ll all be working on retraining our muscle memories to keep our spines as neutral as possible. So you have our permission to tell us if you catch us slouching 😂

She works so hard - she’s a Foot Health Practitioner but also studying for her Podiatry Degree as an apprentice.

Passed her 1st year with flying colours, here’s to year 2!
