There’s been a range of facial expressions the last few days, and without doubt, this is my favourite…the finish line 🏁
Huge thanks for all the support and messages from everyone from various crossed paths over the years…it really really does help 👍🏻 Those little moments ease the pain, and without them this would’ve been so much harder.
I am still trying to process the emotions of the event, and now and again a little memory will absorb my being and a smile breaks out…even at the lows, dark places, and sleep deprivation.
Riding into Avebury on the longest day of the year, with the setting sun, and through the stones was special 😊…as was most (!) of Wales 🏴 😍
Huge thanks to for his constant support over the years, keeping the body and mind in check during various phases of training… and your motivational words during those 72 hours…even your little voice notes 😂 (soon to be shared😉)
Time to enjoy not moving for a bit, and then some caf rides and cycling for fun again before choosing the next challenge….
