📢 Important Update – Online Triage Launching Tomorrow! 📢
From tomorrow (Tuesday 1st July), we’ll be moving to a new Online Triage system to help manage demand and make sure everyone gets the care they need.
✅ No more 8:30am rush - submit your medical request online by 11am. Please note, once we have reached capacity for the day we will only be accepting urgent medical requests.
✅ Most patients will get a response the same day.
✅ Your request will be reviewed by a Doctor and directed to the most appropriate person or service.
✅ Helps us prioritise urgent needs and offer better continuity where needed.
Simply fill in an short online form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please don't worry if you are not able to complete the form yourself, a friend or family member can do it on your behalf, or our reception team can do this for you.
