Delia Castle Massage Therapist I tailor each session to suit the needs of the individual; I try to promote relaxation, unwind tense muscles and release trigger points to aid healing.

I graduated from the Honolulu School of Massage in 1992, I then went on to do more in depth studies of Neuromuscular Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. I have been State Licensed in Hawaii since 1992 and am a member of the CTaH.

Fun fact,: less than half of people have a complete circle of Willis.
