Go through our classes, look at variety of content and techniques. Watch them & the try them out. Choose ones you’ve enjoyed the most and add them to your daily routine. On a community page you will find a threads that will give you guidance on how to start and where to start. You can also ask questions and get support, whenever you feel like it gets harder to keep on going, or simply when life has thrown another curve ball at you. A little reminder: Starting and sticking to a new daily routine is also the most empowering act of self-care. Maybe I will sound controversial, but let go of judgment, both of yourself and others. Focus on growth, and that light within will never fade. Don’t let anger and jealousy consume you. Acknowledge your missteps, forgive yourself, and rise above. The power to change your life is within you.

We humans are perfectly imperfect—this is a kind of perfection I can agree with. We err, we fall flat on our faces over and over again, but this is where our excellence develops. That resilience, the power to go on again and again, learn from our mistakes, and every day become a bit better version of ourselves compared to the day before. At the same time, being loving, kind, and non-judgmental. Being that helping hand for others—this is excellence for me and the kind of excellence every imperfect human can pursue.

Perfection and chasing it often lead to disappointment and dissatisfaction, as it isn’t possible to achieve. It is like Don Quixote chasing his windmills. Let’s not do that to ourselves and others and let’s embrace imperfection while training our excellence by making that another uncomfortable step today.

We've all been there: feeling overwhelmed by the world of wellness, unsure where to start. But embarking on a wellness journey doesn't have to be complicated. It's about making small, sustainable changes that improve your overall well-being.

❗️Here are a few tips to get you started:
✨Set realistic goals. Don't try to change everything overnight. Start with small, achievable goals that you can build upon.
✨Focus on progress, not perfection. There will be setbacks along the way. Don't get discouraged. Just keep moving forward.
✨Find a support system. Surround yourself with people who will support your goals.
✨Make it fun! Find activities that you enjoy and that make you feel good.

❗️Remember, your wellness journey is unique to you. There's no "one size fits all" approach. Listen to your body, experiment, and find what works best for you. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient, persistent, and enjoy the process of becoming a healthier, happier you!
