Sheila's Holistic Space Offering Tai Foot Massages, Indian Head Massages and Reiki in the Ashford area. I have been practising Holistic therapies for about ten years.

I am a member of the VTCT having completed Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology I trained with a Reiki Master and in 2005 did Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 in 2006. This enabled me to do self treatments and also to be a practitioner and work with other people. Last year I became a Reiki Master Practitioner. In 2006 I trained with Maggie Inch at the Rosemount Centre, Aberdeen to become an Indian Head Massage practitioner. In 2007 I trained with Simon Gall of the London School of Thai Foot Massage to become a Thai Foot Massage practitioner.
