I provide Psychotherapy and Counselling services from my private practice room in Primrose Hill, just a walk away from Chalk Farm tube station. In addition, I see clients through the NHS at Women & Health and Mind in Camden where I co-facilitate groups and volunteer in the Phoenix wellbeing and recovery service.. My approach to therapy is existential-phenomenological, but my training is integrati

ve and I draw on psychodynamic and person-centred models of therapy as well as CBT whenever I feel they may be helpful to my clients. I gained my Post Graduate Diploma at Regent's University's School of Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology in London. I am currently writing my MA dissertation on the experience of regret as a catalyst for change while embarking on further studies in Existential Psychotherapy.

Easter, the quiet sorrow of endings, the courage to be, and the gentle strength found in beginning again. Easter invites us back to our roots, where tradition, memory, and connection offer healing.
